We started flying with Jordan Brown and Jet Agency in May 2020, initially spot charters but now using Jet Cards. Private flying should be safe, convenient, reliable, and pleasant, and Jordan's team has been making that happen for us. I have recommended Jordan to friends, who then flew with him and are now satisfied clients. Our last flight was a 9AM departure from Naples, but the co-pilot became ill and the flight was cancelled. Jordan took over, found another plane, and we took off two hours later. He pulled a rabbit out of his hat for us.

An experience none of us will forget

I booked a flight with Jet Agency, and Jordan Brown was so easy, kind, and friendly to work with. The flight was to bring my terminally ill husband home; however, he passed away prior to the flight. Jordan was so sympathetic to my loss and offered to refund the money. After some soul searching, I decided to move back to my home state and keep the flight to bring my elderly parents with me. Jordan booked it immediately, and his service picked up my folks in a beautiful SUV at their assisted living home and took them directly to the plane. It was a beautiful flight, and the pilot was so kind, chatting with them and offering food and water. It is an experience none of us will forget. Jordan walked me through the process right up until they landed. I would recommend Jet Agency to everyone.

Great companies fix problems

Having had some difficulties with a previous flight, Jordan Brown and his team did a first class job of retrieving the situation. The initial problem required me to make arrangements with another provider at short notice, which meant I had a credit owed to me. Jordan Brown honored that credit to the last dime and even gave me an upgrade on one of my legs. Jet Agency are a good company to work with, and I will do so again with confidence.

Good plane, good crew, happy dog

The Jet Agency team are to be applauded for their dedication and generosity to Youthaven, the local Naples safe home for less fortunate kids, so I was happy to bid for their auction lot. It saves so many hours being able to fly out of Naples. The flight was smooth and clean, with an excellent crew. A bonus was the wonderful transfer from home to the Naples airport. Pet friendly too; my dog enjoyed it as well.
